Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collections, choose your size and colour, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready, head to the checkout to complete your purchase securely.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email us at support@arcadiaapparel.ca within 12 hours of placing your order.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes! Arcadia Apparel digital gift cards are available and make the perfect gift. Check our Gift Card section for more details.


🌎 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide! Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the fulfillment partner handling your order.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Standard delivery usually takes:

  • Canada/USA: 5–12 business days

  • EU/UK: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Free shipping is offered on select promotions.

Q: Will I be charged customs fees?
A: Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. Your local government determines these and are not included in our product pricing. We strive to minimize these charges and ensure a seamless delivery experience.

Q: How do I determine the correct size to order?
A: Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking measurements before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up for a looser fit or down for a more snug look.

Q: What materials are your products made from?
A: Arcadia Apparel products are crafted from high-quality, ethically sourced materials. This includes cotton, polyester blends, recycled fabrics, and premium Italian leather (for footwear). Specific material details are listed on each product page.

Q: Are your clothes ethically made?
A: Yes. We partner only with verified manufacturers and fulfillment centers that follow strict labour, sustainability, and ethical manufacturing standards.

Q: Is Arcadia Apparel environmentally conscious?
A: Absolutely. We work with suppliers that prioritize sustainability—using eco-friendly inks, reducing waste, and offering made-to-order production to minimize overstock. A portion of our proceeds also supports environmental initiatives, including tree planting, coral reef restoration, and coastal cleanups.

Q: What is made-to-order, and why do you use it?
A: Made-to-order means we produce each item specifically for you once your order is placed. This reduces waste and overproduction, helping protect the planet.


💳 Payments & Security

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment gateways.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: 100%. Our website is SSL encrypted, and all payments are processed through trusted third-party platforms. We never store your credit card information.


📦 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. To initiate a return, please email us at support@arcadiaapparel.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.

Q: Do you cover return shipping costs?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or doesn’t match my order?
A: We’re so sorry! Please contact us with a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll replace it or issue a refund right away.


📬 Order Tracking & Updates

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status by logging in to "My Account."

Q: I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
A: First, check your tracking info. If it's delayed or shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact your local carrier or email us for support.
