A: Browse the collection, select your size and colour, add your item to the cart, and complete checkout securely.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Yes, but please message @arcaprl within 1 hour of placing your order. We begin processing quickly.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes. Digital gift cards are available.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship worldwide.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders are processed in 2–7 business days. Estimated delivery times:
Canada/USA: 5–12 business days
EU/UK: 7–14 business days
Rest of world: 10–21 business days
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders of $200 CAD or more.
Q: Will I have to pay customs or duties?
A: Possibly. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes set by your local government. These charges are not included in our prices.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Check the size chart on each product page. Sizes are listed with exact measurements, and Arcadia's sizing guide states that garments generally run true to size.
Q: What materials do you use?
A: Material details are listed on each product page. Across the range, Arcadia uses materials such as organic cotton, high-percentage cotton blends, recycled fabrics, vegan leather in some styles, and premium Italian leather in select footwear.
Q: Are Arcadia products ethically made?
A: We work with manufacturing and fulfillment partners that are expected to meet labour, quality, and compliance standards. Arcadia also publishes supporting policy and compliance information where relevant.
Materials, Product Standards & Transparency
Q: What does PFAS-free mean at Arcadia?
A: At Arcadia, PFAS-free means selected products are made without intentionally added PFAS. This currently includes Arcadia's signature and tier-1 Sneak and Path footwear series.
Q: Why does Arcadia use so much cotton?
A: Because we value comfort, simplicity, and long-term wear. Many garments are either 100% organic cotton or high-percentage organic cotton blends.
Q: Is Arcadia sustainable?
A: We prefer to be precise. Arcadia uses a made-to-order model, more disciplined material choices in key categories, and is building stronger product-level transparency. We would rather show proof than make broad claims.
Q: What is made-to-order?
A: It means your item is produced after your order is placed. This helps reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste.
Q: What is the Arcadia Product Passport?
A: It is our growing product disclosure system for clearer information on materials, care, chemistry flags, and other details we can verify.
Payments & Security
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. Checkout is encrypted, and payment information is processed through trusted third-party providers. Arcadia states that it does not store your credit card information.

Q: Who pays return shipping?
A: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will review it and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Tracking
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status through My Account.
Q: My order has not arrived. What should I do?
A: First, check your tracking link. If the parcel is delayed or marked delivered and you still do not have it, contact the carrier first, then message us for support.
