All items manufactured and shipped through our partners comply with relevant EU product safety directives. This includes certifications such as CE markings, REACH compliance (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals), and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 for textiles, where applicable.

2. Labelling & Material Disclosure
Our partners adhere to EU textile labelling regulations (EU Regulation No. 1007/2011), which mandate the clear labelling of fibre composition, care instructions, and country of origin on garments and accessories.

3. VAT & Customs Compliance
For EU orders, our fulfillment partners manage VAT collection and customs documentation where required. Many of our fulfillment centers are located within the EU, which reduces or eliminates additional import duties. For shipments from outside the EU, correct customs forms and HS codes are provided to ensure smooth border clearance.
