Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Arcadia Apparel.

Arcadia products are made to order. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference unless the product page specifically says otherwise.

If the issue is ours, we'll make it right.

Simple Return Conditions

You may be eligible for a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged.

  • Your item arrives defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your item has a visible production issue.

  • Your item develops a verified early defect during normal use within 30 days of delivery.

Items returned without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

7-Day Inspection Guarantee

Please check your order within 7 days of delivery.

Contact us within 7 days if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • With a visible production issue

To help us review your request, please send:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos, if possible

If your claim is approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the issue.

30-Day Quality Review

Eligible items may qualify for a 30-Day Quality Review.

This means that if an item develops a verified defect in product, material, stitching, print, or production during normal use within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll review the claim.

Covered issues may include:

  • Stitching is coming apart too soon.

  • Peeling or separation beyond normal expectations

  • Print or material defects

  • Production or craftsmanship issues that appear early in the product's life

If your claim is approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

What Is Not Covered

Our returns and quality review do not cover:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse

  • Improper care or washing

  • Damage from storage or use outside normal conditions

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked non-returnable at the time of purchase

Early Defect vs. Normal Wear and Tear

An early defect means something failed sooner than it reasonably should have because of a product, material, stitching, print, or production issue.

Normal wear and tear means the item changed because it was worn, washed, used, bent, scuffed, stretched, exposed to friction, or lived in, like clothing and shoes naturally are.

For example, stitching opening after gentle normal use may qualify for review.

Scuffs, fading, dirt, stretching, worn soles, or general signs of use are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered.

Sizing

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Most Arcadia products are made to order, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect-size orders unless the product page states otherwise.

If you are unsure which size to choose, contact us before ordering. We're happy to help you compare measurements and choose the best fit.

Return Shipping

If your item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, Arcadia will cover the return shipping cost when a return is required.

For approved returns not due to a defect, where offered, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Starting a Return or Claim

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos, if possible

Refunds

If your refund is approved, we'll notify you once it has been processed.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may take extra time to show the refund in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items marked non-returnable at the time of purchase

Second Life Credit

When an eligible Arcadia product reaches the end of its usable life, you may contact us about our Second Life Credit program.

If approved, you can return the item for store credit toward a future Arcadia purchase.

This program is separate from our regular returns, refunds, and 30-Day Quality Review.
